On Erev Sukkos, scores of people from around the globe attended the K’vias Mezuza ceremony
for the model apartment, marking the apartment officially open for viewing. The turnout was well
beyond what was anticipated, and we were thrilled to share in this momentous occasion with
each and every one of you, together and in person.
Are We In Geulah?
Over the course of Sukkos, throngs of current and prospective Jerusalem Estates customers, in
Israel for the Yom Tov, flocked to the Schneller Compound to see the project with their own
eyes. Visitors marveled at the unprecedented splendor and attention to detail of the project, but
were particularly impressed by the quiet inside the development – despite its close proximity to
Geulah. One prospective customer remarked: “I was struck by the expansiveness of the project,
and how there is this calm and tranquility, despite being right near all the hustle and bustle.
You’ve simply exceeded my expectations!”
Seeing Their Legacy
Another visitor, a future resident of Building 12, exclaimed: “Being able to see the majestic
panorama of Yerushalayim from my apartment is simply extraordinary. This is not a
once-in-a-generation project. This is a once-in-many-generations project!”
