The old adage goes: To be early is to be on time. To be on time is to be late. To be late is unacceptable.

Phase 1 of The Kardo Promenade was completed months ago and has already reached full occupancy.
Phase 2 is now in full swing with the estimated completion to occur within the next few months.
While sales and project phases have been running parallel, selling has outpaced development owing to high consumer demand. As countries emerged from the pandemic and global markets began to shift we experienced a higher volume of inquiries as Jews from across the world sought to secure their assets in Eretz Yisroel.
Several expansive and luxurious apartments within buildings 6 & 7 are still on the market. These have been built with customers who prefer much larger residences in mind.
מי יתן לי אבר כיונה אעופה ואשכנה
Yerushalayim, the epicenter for kedusha, history, and the pulse of Jewish life. Through the ages Jews from across the diaspora longed to return to their homeland. Gedolim and tzaddikim have yearned unremittingly just to set foot upon its shores. And now, you have the chance not just to live at the center of it all, but to stake your claim to an eternal legacy. You’re so close to home.
May Hashem grant us the ability to continue exceeding expectations and provide our residents with the homes of their dreams in Yerushalayim shel zahav.
