It was just over a year ago that we received the coveted building permits. Today, most of the 9-floor building skeletons have been completed – a truly astounding feat.
Our ability to build so rapidly can be attributed to a very healthy dose of Siyata Dishmaya., as well as our belief in “simultaneous, not sequential” construction. This has resulted in an accelerated timetable for the completion of the project.
During this time, a large portion of the apartment frames were completed, and now the model apartment has been completed as well.

Completion of Model Apartment
It’s with great pleasure that we officially announce the completion of the model apartment. Until now, the magnificence of the project could only be described in words and showcased through simulations. The completion of the apartment presents a realistic depiction of the highly-touted design and quality. Now is your opportunity to see the finishing works, walls, windows, paving, tiling – everything down to the last detail.
At this time, we are working on applying the final touches and setting up the luxurious furniture in time for the tours, which will take place within the next two weeks.

“Essentially, we wanted to provide potential residents with a truly realistic illustration of what their apartment will look like. Most of the furnishings for the apartment were chosen from the standard specification catalog. Obviously, each person has their own tastes, and that’s why we’ve included some of the upgrade items we offer.
“The apartment was meticulously planned, designed, and executed to the last detail. The quality here is simply unmatched in all of Israel, and anyone who sees it will immediately understand what I mean.”
“The apartment will feature furniture imported from Pitaro Hecht, ROCHE BOBOIS (Paris), FENDI Casa, the import of the Italian CHATEAU D’AX furniture, along with local furnishing details from the master’s house, as well. The wooden windows will be covered with Viparo curtains from the elite Renabi Company, with lighting from American-based Luca Lighting.”
