As a partner in our shared vision for the luxury project Jerusalem Estates, we are pleased to continue to update you on the extraordinary progress that is being made on the site.

An impressive ceremony was held at the site last month under the banner of “Raising the Bar and Setting a New Standard.” A surprise award was presented to Mr. Roi Gilat, the project engineer and Mr. Ephraim Kahane, the general manager of the construction effort, by the company responsible for the overall execution of the project.

The two were recognized for their high level of professionalism and “for meeting all goals and even advancing timetables with a dedication to excellence and uncompromising perfection.” The award rightfully reflects the level of professionalism that defines the entire project and an absolute commitment to strictly abide by the project’s timetable without any compromises.

We are continuing to assure that the process of acquiring apartments is as positive as possible.

This is being accomplished through a variety of service models. This week, we launched a “Resident’s Transition Office” with the very reverent ceremony of affixing a mezuzah in the new office.  The office will provide professional services at the highest level to deal with all transition issues of concern to buyers. These services are being provided by some of the most qualified professionals in the field.

In addition, Mrs. Riki Sukenik, the director of customer relations, will be responsible for dealing with all concerns of buyers and to immediately address any issues that may come up.

The kharkov building

It was an emotional moment when the time came for the naming of the first building in the historic Schneller Compound. It was branded “The Kharkov Building,” the name inscribed on antique Jewish coins from the period of Bar Kochba. The brand name given to the building is consistent with the general theme of the luxury Jerusalem Estates with its embedded glorious seal of the city. It is part of the overall branding of the buildings that will carry the names of antique Jewish coins and project a special unique identity for each building as part of the entire historical complex.
Acquiring an apartment in the Kharkov Building (Building # 1) has long been in high demand by interested buyers, but it only recently was put on the market. This is why a special coin was chosen for this building with the inscription of the ancient Kharkov theme, setting the tone for the branding of all future buildings.
