With the month of spring upon us and Pesach approaching, we are happy to let you know that occupancy is in full swing. On this upcoming Seder night, even more of our buyers will preside over their tables like kings in their magnificent new apartments at Jerusalem Estates.
B”H, it appears that it will soon be possible to start planning visits to the Holy Land. And what could be more special than a visit to Yerushalayim? As we near the end of winter and the upcoming Pesach season, we’re happy to bring you news of an innovative venture which is changing the hospitality scene here in Jerusalem.
The year we just went through was anything but simple, fraught with complex challenges on both personal and professional levels. The halt of international travel and the extensive restrictions have made visiting Israel difficult, if not impossible.
When we published an ad last week, we knew that people would be excited, but we were still pleasantly surprised at the intensity of reactions that the ad – and more specifically, the image featured – generated.
As winter approaches, we extend a warm blessing from Jerusalem for a healthy winter for you and your families.

Chodesh Tov! We hope that you and yours are well. These days are difficult for all of us, but we hope and pray that we will soon return to blessed routine.
Here at Jerusalem Estates, we are moving ahead with work, and progressing nearly as usual. Aside from the final finishes to the building interiors, priority is being given to the Inner Amphora Garden between the buildings, as we near the expected occupancy stage in three months’ time.
In past years, Jerusalem Estates has evolved as an internationally renowned residential luxury brand – a breathtaking, historic project that has become a status symbol among Chareidi Jewry.
Jerusalem Estates is wrapping up another successful holiday season as we embark on the final stages of the project. We had guests, both local and from abroad, taking advantage of their holiday in Israel, visiting our magnificent sukkah and checking out the project. Many of our visitors expressed their amazement of the prestigious architecture, and the unique finishings in the luxurious apartments and lobbies.
As we reach milestones in the fulfillment of its grand architectural vision, we bring you the monthly report on the historic, luxury residential complex in the heart of Yerushalayim: Jerusalem Estates.
The renovation and preservation phases are now underway at the historic Schneller complex. The core of the undertaking is focused on the stately clock tower – the largest and foremost of the historic buildings, easily discerned by its iconic European turret. Preserving the past is a delicate process, evident in the meticulous work of the experienced workers onsite. The utmost care is being taken to conserve the unique design and historic quality of the site, while transforming the compound into a luxurious, modern-day community.
The imported windows have arrived from Italy! Their unique combination of aluminum and wood will complete the splendid Jerusalem stone facades, which have been completed in most of the buildings. As is evident in the other aspects of the project, the most meticulous standards were upheld when selecting quality suppliers, to achieve the best possible results. Over a dozen suppliers, both from Israel and around the world, vied for the privilege of installing the windows for this project. Following extensive research, we selected Italy-based Starwood, whose high-end products are imported by the Winex-Kostika Group, Ltd.
The Jerusalem Estates project at Schneller continues to progress ahead of schedule, as the imposing lobbies near completion. Jerusalem Estates has long been distinguished as an unparalleled investment in a prime location, in the heart of the Holy City. This luxurious, historical project will allow residents to bask in the authenticity of Yerushalayim, with the highest standards of modern, quality living. Every meticulous detail is built layer upon layer to create the perfect package – an unprecedented experience in the center of Yerushalayim.
The construction at Jerusalem Estates continues to progress at an accelerated pace, as vision becomes reality. With the partial removal of the scaffolding in recent weeks, passersby are now granted a glimpse of the magnificent building exteriors, clad with a proprietary mix of over 50 cuts and styles of Jerusalem Stone.
We’re pleased to announce that initial site walk-throughs are being conducted in preparation for the development of the central promenade of Jerusalem Estates, dubbed “Amphora Avenue”.
The park, which bi-sects Jerusalem Estates with 8 dunam of magnificent greenery, consists of dozens of rare plants and flora, ecological pools, carved paths, and shaded benches for rest and relaxation.
The arrival of the month of Adar is associated with tremendous joy. On that note, we are excited to announce the launch of our brand-new, international “Come Build Your Legacy” advertising campaign.
With the conclusion of the secular (and our fiscal) year just a few weeks ago, now is an opportune time to take a look back at another successful year for Jerusalem Estates, B”H.
Jerusalem Estates is pleased to invite you to an exclusive event, a celebration of Jewish art and creativity, presented in collaboration with Motty Mendelowitz, famed art curator and founder of Judaica Masterpieces, who will present some of his works for purchase. The event will take place on January 24th, 18 Shevat, inside the Jerusalem Estates model apartment.
The name “Jerusalem Estates” has made waves across Israel and around the world, setting new standards for quality, planning and execution. This was particularly evident following the completion of the model apartment at Jerusalem Estates.
On Erev Sukkos, scores of people from around the globe attended the K’vias Mezuza ceremony
for the model apartment, marking the apartment officially open for viewing. The turnout was well
beyond what was anticipated, and we were thrilled to share in this momentous occasion with
each and every one of you, together and in person.
Majority of Construction Completed
It was just over a year ago that we received the coveted building permits. Today, most of the 9-floor building skeletons have been completed – a truly astounding feat.
Our ability to build so rapidly can be attributed to a very healthy dose of Siyata Dishmaya., as well as our belief in “simultaneous, not sequential” construction. This has resulted in an accelerated timetable for the completion of the project.
This embodies the eternal essence of Yerushalayim – the congruence of old and new – and it’s what we, at Jerusalem Estates, set out to accomplish in every facet of construction. Because it’s different here. Here it’s not just a place to live, but a place to stake your claim to an eternal legacy. To preserve, protect and to pass on. With this in mind, we’re pleased to update you regarding
the progress of the historic, yet timeless Jerusalem Estates development at Schneller.
Our company was pleased to host a delegation of senior faculty members from Yaron Spector Real Estate Appraisal, Ltd. on a tour of the construction site on Schneller. Yaron Spector is rated by Globes’ Dun’s 100 as the #1 appraisal company in Israel and escorts the majority of new charedi projects in the greater Jerusalem area. The visit was attended by Spector himself, owner and CEO of the company; Gil Sitton, Director of the Zero Report Department (cost benefit analysis); and Golan Vakrat, Director of the Supervisory Department.
Schneller. Transforming dreams into reality.
Construction is progressing full force ahead, and as our vision gradually takes form before our eyes, we continue laboring over the fine details that turn Scheller’s Jerusalem Estates into the latest wonder of the architectural world.
Jerusalem Estates has recently reached another milestone: the contract signing of the 100th apartment for a total of NIS 400 million in sales. The rapid pace of the sales coincides with the increased tempo of the construction and the concomitant changes in the landscape on the site.
With Pesach behind us, we were happy to arrange a field trip to the construction site for the marketing and advertising team of Jerusalem Estates. Led by the professionals in charge of the mammoth project, the group was enormously impressed with the progress being made at the luxury development. The team was able to see first-hand what is behind our recent slogans of “beginning to see the grandeur with our own eyes” and “leading artists are completing the splendor at Schneller. “The visiting group came to see how the major promises inherent in these slogans were actually being fulfilled
When examining the visuals of the project, it is impossible not to notice yet another central element that completes the aesthetic harmony of the buildings. These are the black iron beams, the iron bars and other metal elements that meld with the impressive artistry of the elegant facades.
In Jerusalem there is a municipal ordinance dating back to the days of the British Mandate and which exists until today, to cover every building with Jerusalem stone in order to preserve the unique style and beauty of the city. This is the basis for the planning and general uniform appearance of the city of Jerusalem.
This is a time to reflect, with great emotion, on the hidden powers that are omnipresent beneath the earth’s surface in Yerushalayim. They have sprung to life in all their glory for all to see, from their potential blooming to actual execution.
The headlines all over the world that proclaimed international recognition for the deep connection and attachment of Am Yisrael to Yerushalayim coincided with the days of Chanukah. This is a time of celebration in Jewish homes worldwide recalling an era of bravery, holiness, and the glory of the Holy City and the Bet Hamikdash 2000 years ago.
As partners in the vision of developing Jerusalem Estates, the historic luxury residential project, we are pleased to update you on the impressive progress that is being made on the site.
Pedestrians on Malchei Yisrael Street near the Schneller Compound cannot fail to notice the towering cranes that support the huge Jerusalem Estates signs. They signify the frantic pace of work and the enormous progress that is being made on the first residential floors, as can be seen in the photos.
An Unprecedented Atmosphere for the Yomim Tovim
One had to appreciate the electric environment that seemed to captivate the city during the just concluded holy month of Tishrei. Jews from all over Israel and indeed the world came to soak up the spirituality which only the eternal city has to offer. The streets were filled with Jews from around the globe who made the trip to be part of the color and excitement of the city with its Daled Minim markets and unbelievable frenzy of preparing for the Yomim Tovim.
Jerusalem’s Chief Engineer Shlomo Eshkol on Tour at Jerusalem Estates
In light of the extreme importance that the Planning and Design Committees of the Municipality attaches to the Jerusalem Estates project, Chief Municipal Engineer, Shlomo Eshkol, who heads the “planning pyramid” of Jerusalem, visited Jerusalem Estates.
As a partner in our shared vision for the luxury project Jerusalem Estates, we are pleased to continue to update you on the extraordinary progress that is being made on the site.
An impressive ceremony was held at the site last month under the banner of “Raising the Bar and Setting a New Standard.” A surprise award was presented to Mr. Roi Gilat, the project engineer and Mr. Ephraim Kahane, the general manager of the construction effort, by the company responsible for the overall execution of the project.
Jerusalem Estates Celebrates Milestone of Securing Permits for Historic Development
The brilliant summer sun and passing refreshing mountain breeze were a fitting background for a day of celebration on July 3rd at the historic Schneller Compound. The unprecedented luxury development, Jerusalem Estates, had secured its final permits to proceed with its ambitious plans to develop the city’s most luxurious residential housing for charedi Jews.
It is with a great deal of excitement that we are pleased to share with you that soon after we completed the basement floors, we were awarded
a final Building Permit
This will enable us to proceed with the construction of the rest of the floors. The receipt of the Building Permit represents an important milestone in converting our dream into reality.
RAISES THE BAR OF VIDEO PROMO OF LUXURY PROJECT
AT HISTORIC SCHNELLER’S COMPOUND
Jerusalem… A single ray of sunlight streaks down on the dusty basement as the silversmith of yesteryear descends to perform his daily chore of shaping the ancient coins used in the days after the destruction of the Second Bais Hamikdash. He chisels the perimeter until the image on the coin is visible.
